Kirsten Gallo is Head of Inventory and Monitoring Division at the US National Park Service. She holds a doctorate degree in Ecology and has dedicated her career to conserving natural resources and demonstrating interdependence between humans and our environment using transformational leadership techniques. She has worked with Monica Sharma to develop the Conscious Full Spectrum Response Framework, which she uses in her work. Kirsten loves to hike and sing to the trees.
