Training Transformational Change Agents
The core offering of the Institute will be a transformational program for professionals that will focus on developing the inner-change, social change and systems change skills needed to leverage the transformational potential of various sectors and support change in the sector and at the scale, they are best positioned to act. The program will be oriented toward impact with participants selected according to their commitment to implement what they have learned in their current projects and organizations.
Impact Measurement
Organizations struggle to measure their ability to reach their goals, especially as they relate to solving social and environmental problems. We are developing metrics that demonstrate authentic progress toward accomplishing our goals and evaluate any unintended consequences.
Investment Readiness Program
Research and strategic analysis of the financing ecosystem to identify opportunities for accelerating conscious full-spectrum response. Ecosystem and network mapping of key actors and their relationships and identifying strategic leverage points and catalysts/influencers for sustainable impact, collaboration, and movement-building.
Engine for UNSDGs
Engine for UNSDGs: Strengthens the current UNSDGs ecosystems, and brings much-needed financing of mental health and wellbeing initiatives. Mental health is the underlying factor in transforming all social, political, and ecological issues, and brings a whole-human whole-system approach to transformation.
